Rejuvenation (7/14 Days)
Rejuvenation therapy endows the individual with longevity, excellent memory, intellect, positive health, youth, clear voice, and strength of the sensory and motor organs. In short, it helps maintain the youthfulness of the individual.
This treatment includes body massage with hand and foot by medicated oil and cream. It includes internal rejuvenative medicines and medicated steam bath, stretching from 90 minutes to 2 hrs per day for 7 to 14 days.

Relaxation (3/5/7 Days)
Ideally suited for guests who would like to holiday as well as undertake health promotion activities such as Ayurveda & Yoga. This treatment includes general body massage with medicated oils and medicated steam bath, in tandem with Pizhichil, Njavarakizhi and so on. Health drinks will be given twice daily. This programme is scheduled for 3/5/7 days.

De -stress (7/14 Days)
Recommended for those suffering from mental and physical stress, insomania, lack of concentration, headache and general weakness. This treatment is an absolute stress reliever with a combination of Ayurveda, yoga, meditation and holistic touches. Purifying your body and mind is ideal for those who work on computers for long hours, travel frequently and work late into the night.

Body Immunization / Anti–Ageing

This therapy aims at keeping the enzymes in the tissue cells in their normal functioning condition, revitalising cells. The nerves and bones are kept soft and treated soothingly. The tranquility of the mind is promoted. This prevents the process of ageing and make the individual free from diseases even during advanced ages. It includes a combination of main treatments in Ayurveda, yoga and also very special ayurvedic medicines.

Slimming (14/28 Days)
A unique health programme with herbal oil massage and ayurvedic medicines to help you lose excess weight and streamline your body. A special ayurvedic diet is advised during this period.

Beauty Care (7 Days)
Special beauty therapy takes care of pimples, wrinkles, acne, sagging of the skin and falling of hair. The oil applied nourishes and cleanses the tissues making the complexion glowing and youthful, smoothening and enhancing beauty. The eye care treatment helps in relieving eye strain.

Spine Protection ( 14 Days)
This is a special package for your spine problems. Strengthening the back muscles and preventing
degeneration of bones, it can also prevents nerve compression. This is very good for spondylosis, post traumatic problems, sports injuries etc. This treatment given under expert supervision of a physician.
